All Bausen floorboards come with a Lifetime Structural Warranty, plus a 25-Year Limited Residential Warranty or 5-Year Limited Commercial Warranty when the products are purchased from a Certified Retailer.

When you purchase Bausen engineered wood or laminate flooring from one of our select group of Certified Retailers, the retailer will help us deliver on the Bausen Service Promise.

Please be aware that Bausen products are currently available for purchase only through our Certified Retailers, and not yet anywhere online. Purchasing from non-authorized online retailers can be problematic for you as the products may be counterfeit or defective. We urge our customers to use caution when making a purchase decision to protect themselves. As we have no relationship with these non-authorized online retailers, if you experience any difficulty with your flooring product, we will be unable to assist you.
